This section informs you of Spectrum’s policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal Information we receive from users of the site.   1. Collection of your personal information– There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for enrolment you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but not limited your name, email address, phone number etc. This personally identifiable information can be used to contact or identify you.

  7. Direct marketing– Spectrum has a range of educational products which we forward to our existing customers on our data base by email, in accordance with applicable marketing laws. You may opt out at any time (by notifying us) if you no longer wish to receive commercial messages from us.

  9. Changes to Privacy Policy Spectrum reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Site. Spectrum reserve the right to update or change the Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the service after the Privacy Policy changes will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
